 ists:\n- with little or no experience in training\n- who want to become an
  instructor or a better one\n- who believe that their professional develop
 ment will encompass delivering training proficiently\n\nInstructors: Alleg

 XIR-PT\n\nThis course will cover four main topics: \n    Learning principl
 es and how they apply to education and training\; \n    Teaching technique
 s that  enhance learner engagement and participation\; \n    Design of les
 sons\, course and materials\; \n    Assessment and feedback in training an
 d teaching. \nExamples and discussions will also focus on the challenges p
 resented by academic teaching.\n\nThe four ONLINE sessions will have a max
 imum duration of 3.5 hours. Participants will be asked to prepare a small 
 amount of homework\, OFFLINE between the sessions.\nNo partcipation fee wi
 ll be charged.\nA maximum of 12 selected candidates will be accepted. \n\n
