 n objective of this new course format - Training Clinic - is to provide pa
 rticipants with new knowledge and skills in the field of training in order
  to conduct training courses more effectively and create better training m
 aterial. We invite trainers and scientists interested in training to take 
 part! The content of the training clinic is specifically designed for curr
 ent and aspiring trainers seeking to enhance their expertise and effective
 ness in their field.\n\nThe session also grants the possibility to exchang
 e experiences between trainers and help connecting trainers. The course wi
 ll be divided into different modules to facilitate the learning process. I
 t will include a combination of lectures\, practical exercises and case st
 udies. This provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and prac
 tical experience. However\, the focus should be on the exchange of problem
 -solving treatments. \n\nIn the second edition\, we will talk about „how
  to announce training courses“. Learn proven techniques to generate exci
 tement and ensure everyone knows what\, why\, and how to participate in up
