 hat users from the proteomics community can benefit from.This webinar will
  introduce proteomics data in UniProt and highlight resources that users w
 ith large protein datasets may find useful in analysing their data. This w
 ill encompass our proteomes service\, how to carry out a peptide search an
 d where to find large scale proteomics-derived data in UniProt.The webinar
  will then go on to briefly introduce programmatic access to the UniProt P
 roteins API and will give examples on how to download reference proteomes\
 , and download large-scale proteomics datasets programmatically.Finally th
 e speakers will take live questions from the audience.Attendees will have 
 access to a Google Colab workbook following the webinar which will provide
  coding examples that they can use in their own analysis pipelines.The Uni
