DESCRIPTION:_ELITMa in 2024 - ELIXIR-STEERS\, PeoplePulse &amp\; beyond_\n\
 nIn successive activities by the ELIXIR Training Platform\, ELIXIR-CONVERG
 E (WP6-WP2 collaboration) and the ELIXIR Node Coordinators Group\, ELIXIR 
 has set out to build a course portfolio for ELIXIR Training in Management 
 (ELITMa\, see further below for more background information). Next steps a
 re now needed to consolidate and roll-out existing modules and to design\,
  develop and deliver a number of new modules.  This is planned as a syner
 getic activity in ELIXIR-STEERS and the PeoplePulse CoS\, but in addition 
 we reach out to the ELIXIR community for colleagues who want to contribute
  to the 10 foreseen Modules of ELITMa.  \n\nIn the webinar\, an overview 
 will be given of the ELITMa work done until now\, the plans for ELIXIR-STE
 ERS and PeoplePulse\, and the way ELIXIR members can contribute with their
  expertise to one or more of the ELITMa modules.\n\nELITMa - Background\n\
 nIn the period 2019-2021\, an [assessment of the needs in training of mana
 gement and operations across Nodes](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1u6
 IJLWRg8_cU6U8fZe5Eqabhj4Y85J-T/edit) was undertaken by the Training Platfo
 rm. This work was taken further in the ELIXIR-CONVERGE in a collaboration 
 of WP2\, WP6 and the ELIXIR Node Coordinators Group to develop the require
 d curriculum\, consisting of 8 modules ([Report](https://docs.google.com/d

 R Governance and Organisational Behaviour\n2. Data Management\n3. Strategi

 ommunication \n7. Financial Management \n8. Project Management\n\nAdditi
 onally\, as a ELIXIR-CONVERGE [WP2 uplift project](https://docs.google.com

  of ELITMa were developed and delivered in 2023:\n\n1. ELIXIR Introduction

 10895079)\n3. Project Management\n\nFor all ELITMa modules\, there is invo
 lvement from the Nodes but also a dedicated contact person from the Hub. T
 his ensures that the ELITMa modules are developed in line with the strateg
 y of both Hub and Nodes.\n\nGoing forward\, in ELIXIR-STEERS and the Peopl
 ePulse\, the ELITMa portfolio will be expanded with two modules about Impa
