A safe, inclusive workplace depends on how we respond to inappropriate behavior when it happens. Research shows that active bystanders, colleagues who recognize and act on problematic conduct, help make such behavior socially unacceptable, improving both workplace culture and collaboration.This short, interactive session introduces the 5Ds Active Bystander model and gives you practical tools to intervene constructively and confidently in difficult situations. By building these skills, you contribute to VIB’s commitment to a respectful and inclusive working environment.
