The ELIXIR Tools Platform meeting is confirmed to take place from Monday, 27 March (12:00 CET) to Wednesday, 29 March (17:00 CET) in Leiden. This will be a hybrid meeting but F2F participation  is encouraged. The meeting will include presentations and discussions in particular focussed on planning for the new ELIXIR Programme for 2024-28.

Location

Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden is located in the building LEVEL. This is a tall modern building next to station Leiden Centraal, on the side of LUMC. The reception of Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden is located at centre C on the 12th level of the building. 

There is a direct train link from Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam and also a train link from Rotterdam to Leiden Centraal in 25-35 minutes.

The venue offers rooms to stay. Alternatively, there are plenty of hotels around such as an Ibis hotel next to the Leiden Centraal.
