This webinar series will guide participants through accessing structural data programmatically with the Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe). The series also includes a final session on the AlphaFold Database (AFDB). 

The first five webinars will focus on different levels of programmatic access at PDBe,  ranging from basic data retrieval and search using the PDBe API to more advanced features, such as building more complex API queries. It will also include a walkthrough of the different repositories for PDBe tools available on GitHub. The sixth and last webinar will introduce programmatic access to the AFDB.
