Detection and evolution of repetitive proteins

Highly repetitive proteins are a source of biological variability used, for example, by pathogens to escape the host immune system. Therefore, their detection and evolution are central to many research projects. In this webinar I will explain how to find repeats in protein sequence databases and how to investigate their evolution using bioinformatics tools.
