EMBL-EBI, programmatically - take a REST from manual searching: Sequence analysis tools

It will introduce the client applications that are available for EMBL-EBI's sequence analysis tools. It will focus on clients that demonstrate the RESTful API to tools such as BLAST+ and Clustal Omega, and data retrieval tools such as dbfetch and demonstrate how they can be used to form simple but effective workflows.
