UniProt is a high quality, comprehensive protein resource. It provides annotation on protein function and sequences, isoforms and disease variants. In this webinar we will introduce the UniProt REST API and show you how to search the UniProt Knowledgebase, to convert between different database identifiers and to retrieve tailored datasets programmatically
