Wellcome Genome Campus Sex in Science Programme welcomes campus staff to join a discussion about the challenges of creating a gender-balanced environment within computational groups. This will be an interactive workshop, focusing on ways to improve team performance by bringing in different perspectives and skills, removing blind spots and nurturing talent.
