Bioinformatics for Plant Biology
Date: 18 - 21 November 2019
This course will introduce plant biologists to methods and approaches for analysing the genomic data. Over the duration of the course, participants will learn how to study comparative genomics using Ensembl, analyse variation data (including the Ensembl Variant Effect Predictor and the European Variation Archive), and concepts of genome wide association studies (GWAS). The content will also explain how to make use of existing public data, retrieve, submit and share your discoveries with the community.
